University Life invites you for a procrastination workshop on Monday, November 14 from 12:00 - 1:30 PM as part of the Graduate Initiative for Inclusion & Engagement. Join Yaniv Phillips, Ph.D. Senior Psychologist in Columbia Health Counseling and Psychological Services who will address procrastination and time management difficulties that can affect your studies and your life. This workshop will help you figure out how to let go of self-regulation problems and learn to take the necessary steps toward achieving your goals.
