Winter Wellness Days start Monday!

Winter Wellness Days – in support of mental health, well-being and community at Columbia – kick off next week! Get the full schedule including the events listed here and drop-in snack/study breaks all week long.

Help a friend - Learn how to help a friend who may be in distress, with Alice! Health Promotion. Mon 1/29 @ 2pm on Morningside – details and registration here.

Financial awesomeness (and lunch) - Discover seven steps to financial awesomeness in this workshop on managing loans, saving strategies and more (and get free lunch!). Tues 1/30 @ 12:30pm on Morningside – details and registration here.

Dogs on campus - Hang out with dogs from New York Therapy Animals - pet therapy back by popular demand! Wed 1/31 @ 5pm at CUMC – Tower 1 Lobby; Thu 2/1 @ Noon on Morningside – Jerome Greene Annex. 

Anxiety: Friend or Foe? with Dr. Anne Marie Albano of CUMC and Columbia’s Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders. Thurs 2/1 @ 1pm – Jerome Greene Hall; register here. Or, watch on University Life’s Facebook.

Yoga @ CUMC - Take a break with evening yoga. Fri 2/2 @ 4:30 – Free with registration, CUMC student ID and waiver required. Bard Basement.
