Wellness Days: Managing Stress Workshop

Learn a new way to manage your thoughts so that you can cope with stress more effectively. This 90-minute workshop, led by Rachel Rush, Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Columbia Health, will teach you the basic principles of a cognitive behavioral therapy known as REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) and provide exercises to help you practice using this technique.
