Join us for virtual physical well-being classes on Zoom, taught remotely by one of our Columbia Physical Education and Recreation Instructors!

The classes include a variety of bodyweight exercises to improve cardiovascular and strength fitness which focuses on functional strength, core strength and posture. We suggest that you use a yoga mat for comfort while you perform these exercises.
